FR : Le duo fondateur de l'album " ÉCHO & NARCISSE" est composé de H1987 et Antonine.

Les plus belles rencontres sont souvent le fruit du plus grand des hasard.

H1987, passionné de musique, exerce sous ce pseudo depuis 2012, collabore régulièrement avec des artistes et produit de nombreux remixes déjà remarqués.
Il est également illustrateur et dessine depuis toujours ( sous le nom Graphik H ).

Antonine, voix féminine de l'album, est une graphiste musicienne qui chante également depuis toujours. Tantôt dans un registre lyrique, de par sa formation classique, tantôt pop, rock, électro...

Deux profils à la fois complémentaires et similaires qui allaient bientôt se rencontrer virtuellement et musicalement.

H1987, à recherche d'une nouvelle collaboration artistique, surfait alors sur soundcloud quand il tomba sur le profil d'Antonine en écoutant sa reprise d'une chanson de Kate Bush, (par ce fameux hasard...)
Intrigué par la voix, il lui envoya un premier mail et en suivirent des centaines !
Le projet de l'album naquit en 3 semaines de travail intensif à distance, sans se voir, sans se connaître réellement. Aucun des deux ne connaît ne serait-ce que le visage de la personne avec qui il travaille.
H1987 compose les musiques, Antonine y ajoute son écriture, sa voix, et tout deux créent un nouvel univers ralliant les deux leurs.
Chacun se fait confiance, se laisse carte blanche.
Le travail de l'univers graphique de l'album se fera donc également à 4 mains, et 4 yeux, invitant visuellement à un voyage onirique au pays des mythes...

C'est la naissance d'ÉCHO & NARCISSE.

EN: “ECHO & NARCISSE” was created by music duo H1987 and Antonine, and is evidence that the best encounters in life happen often by chance.
H1987, though passionate about music for years, has been creating his work under this pseudo since 2012. He collaborates regularly with different artists and has already produced many notable remixes. He is also an illustrator and designer under the name, Graphik H.
Antonine, the female vocalist on the album, is a musician and graphic designer who has been singing for as long as she can remember. Though she is classically trained, she has a wide span of vocal styles from lyrical, to pop, rock and electro.
These two artists, who are in some ways similar and others, extremely different, were able to bring their musical talents together virtually..
In his search for a new artistic collaboration, H1987 was surfing on soundcloud when he came across Antonine’s profile and listened to her cover of a song by Kate Bush. Intrigued by her voice, he sent her an email which started off this virtual duo.
The album was made remotely without meeting and without really knowing each other during an intensive 3 week period. The only communication was by email, messaging, and of course, music. To this day, neither of them would recognize each other if they were to cross paths.
H1987 composed the music while Antonine adds her lyrics, melody and voice. Each of them trusts the other, giving a carte blanche to creativity. constructing a new universe that belongs to just them.
The graphic work of the album was also made by the duo, adding to the dreamlike journey of this collaboration.
This is the birth of ECHO & NARCISSE.
